About me

cropped-me.jpg

Welcome to Cucina Amore Adventures. I feel it’s the best way to explain my life. One big adventure and my love for all that fills a Cucina (kitchen).

I began cooking & baking at a very young age thanks to my entire Italian family. As you may imagine most of my free time was spent as a helper to my parents and all 4 Nonni’s. I never did complain as I LOVED to EAT. Yes, they all had a hand in teaching me something about food, gardening and so much more. To this day my kitchen is often filled with the traditional foods I grew up with. I’ve always found myself filled with excitement when asked by friends “how do you make that?” Love to share recipes with friends and talk food. With this blog I’m hoping to share with many other food lovers.

Despite my obvious love for Italian food, experimenting with foods from all over the world is what excites me. A new spice, vegetable or cooking/baking technique is where learning becomes endless.

Ex paper pusher from a big city. Presently cooking/baking up a storm on a tiny Caribbean Island. Strolling around, with my camera capturing nature and whatever else may catch my eye. With a small balcony garden I also enjoy getting my hands in the dirt with my herbs and small plants.

Very new to the Blogging world and excited to dive in.

So lets head on this adventure and share some food and laughs along the way!

Buon Appetito! 😉
